You have a passion for strategic data and will be providing support for EDO Business management, Enterprise Data Literacy and Enterprise Data Strategy. You will be supporting the learning and development program, to ensure that our team continues to bring the best skills to the table. You will play a critical role of working with our partners, key stakeholders, and team to understand their needs, collect customer feedback, and deliver insights to influence the data strategy.

You will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years of meaningful experience in project management or business management
You will support provides support and coordination for certain EDO operational and business management functions.
You will monitor and analyze various operational reports and metrics to guide continuous improvement and operational effectiveness/efficiency.
You will support and coordination with the EDO team, partners, and stakeholders to anticipate and assess impacts, support proposed solution, and help to execute implementation.
You will support Data Literacy Training and development programs.
You will support the facilitation of the EDO Training and development program and work with various CG leaders and SMEs to ensure that we provide continuous training for the team.
You will demonstrate quick problem-solving skills and the ability to respond creatively to complex issues, using sound judgement.
You will have strong working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus and have aptitude to learn new tools and data programming languages
Orange County Base Salary Range: $82,308-$131,693
Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $88,937-$142,299
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
