The Role (Your Why)

As a Marketing Manager at Datacom, you will be responsible for the strategic vision for developing and implementing omnichannel marketing strategy that support our growth aspirations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and technology partners to drive performance and execute marketing activities. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technology solutions, and GTM strategies, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrated marketing and a proven track record in driving growth and engagement in a SaaS marketing environment would be a bonus.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and manage the execution of marketing campaigns and activations that articulate a line of business value proposition, while also creating long-term, innovative strategic channel plans aligned with growth objectives.
  • Leverage customer insights to drive sales and channel strategies, working with customer and product teams to inform the business objectives.
  • Drive Sales capacity planning and support Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy effectiveness.
  • Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in a complex multi-team environment by influencing change, fostering collaboration, and building strong internal and external relationships to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and line of business to manage and execute marketing activities that enhance growth, while leveraging a strong understanding of diverse process improvements to optimize processes at scale with technical teams.
  • Construct and execute comprehensive marketing plans for a line of business, providing frequent updates and insights on lead generation, campaign success, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Forecast and optimize performance by aligning capacity planning with broader business objectives, while measuring key performance indicators against campaign objectives and pivoting strategies to drive website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate, and return on investment.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in end-to-end integrated, omnichannel marketing, including but not limited to customer journey and channel mapping.
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and tracking multiple marketing strategies across all digital and traditional channels, including events, email marketing, display advertising, organic and paid social media, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • The ability to work on assignments that require significant judgment and initiative. Strong sales and product team alignment and experience, and ability to pivot strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Demonstrated strong technology marketing expertise, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Prior experience in SaaS marketing would be beneficial.
  • The ability to frequently interact and network with a variety of stakeholders and team members within your area of expertise.
  • An understanding of the unique business requirements and service offerings of the organization.
  • Knowledge of marketing practices, with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilization, and project revenue.
