Purpose: This role’s purpose is to own the implementation & management of all Marketing tools and software, with an emphasis on Hubspot, in order to ensure that our data is accurate, clean, accessible, and reportable.

Job Description:

The Marketing Operations Professional will report directly to the CMO and will own the implementation, management, and vendor relationships for all Marketing tools and software.

Responsibilities:

• Own our implementation of Hubspot: manage all data hygiene, workflow automations, and data imports
• Oversee the entire marketing tech stack: ensure marketing tools, systems, and websites are maintained and interact properly with one another
• Track performance and report on efficiency: maintain a reporting dashboard and ensure its accuracy
• Ensure marketing campaigns are effectively tagged and managed
• Compare marketing spend to budget; work with leadership to measure efficiency
• Enable sales and marketing team members with timely updates to software and reporting needs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience managing a Hubspot implementation for a B2B SaaS company
• Proficient in a wide variety of Marketing applications (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMRush)
• Extreme attention to detail, with the ability to visualize downstream effects of decisions
• Strong work ethic and discipline
• Effective in a remote setup with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection, and will work graveyard shift.
