We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced AI solutions with a focus on conversational AI, vector storage, and large language model (LLM) training. This is a fully remote role available to candidates residing in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and optimize AI models for conversational systems
* Implement and maintain vector storage systems for scalable retrieval and embedding management
* Train, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) for various use cases
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products
* Stay current with advancements in AI technologies and apply best practices to ongoing projects
Qualifications:
* Proven experience working with conversational AI systems (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants)
* Strong knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
* Hands-on experience with training and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude)
* Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
* Familiarity with deployment pipelines and cloud-based AI environments
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
* Background in natural language processing (NLP) and transformer architectures
* Previous remote work experience
