We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You’ll Do:• Build and operate distributed, high-throughput, real-time data pipelines• Do it in Go and Java, with bits of Python or other languages• Use Kafka, Kubernetes, FoundationDB, and other open-source components• Own meaningful parts of our service, have an impact, grow with the company• Design and architecture the more effective data pipeline using modern architecture• Write a significant amount of code, lead architectural decisions for new and existing servicesWho You Are:• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Sci/Eng, Math, Physics or equivalent STEM field• Experience with one or more programing languages (Go, Java, Rust, C++, Python)• Experience building storage engines, datastores and/or high scale Distributed Systems• Desire to work in a fast paced, high-growth tech first environmentDatadog values people from all walks of life.
