The Opportunity:

The Skill Set:
• Successfully prospected technical personas (CISO, GC, IT, etc.) within Enterprise-size companies (1,500+ employees).
• Ability to understand the team's needs and offer solutions to management.
• Consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly KPIs.
• Share best practices with peers and consistently collaborate.
• Concisely describe DataGrail’s problem-solving values.
• Write relevant and personalized emails to the correct personas and accounts.
• Explain a technical product in easier to understand ways.
• Create and execute on strategically scheduled outreach campaigns.
• Cold calling expert.
• Flexible and able to pivot on messaging/targeting.
• Quickly research a company/prospect to understand their current privacy programs, and how DataGrail can help.
Within 90 Days You'll:
• Set meetings with 7 different Enterprise sized companies who have high privacy risk.
• Engage prospects in a strategic and personalized way: feel confident in how to write a cold email to a DataGrail prospect, handle cold call objections and deliver a strong value prop.
• Understand how any company’s privacy program works and how DataGrail can fit in
• Feel comfortable explaining the data privacy space to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
• Understand our personas and what challenges they face regarding data privacy.
Within 180 Days You'll:
• Set meetings with 35 different Enterprise sized companies who have high privacy risk.
• Consistently hitting your activity metrics.
• Collaborate with and assist other team members on best practices.
• Have a strong understanding of DataGrail’s offerings and how they differentiate themselves from competitors.
Within 365 Days You'll:
• Set meetings with 77 different Enterprise sized companies.
• Consistently hitting your activity metrics.
• Be able to demo DataGrail products.
• Prepare to move into a full cycle sales role
