Customer Success Engineer, West
Dataiku is at the forefront of the AI revolution, helping customers leverage their platforms for business analytics and AI/ML integration. They are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers on onboarding and user adoption.
- Educate customers on best practices within the Dataiku platform.
- Analyze customer business for guiding success with products.

- Establish customer touchpoints to advise on Dataiku usage.
- Develop self-sustaining enablement programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer engagement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields
