DATAMARK, Inc. is currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Representative I.
In this role, the Customer Service Representative I will handle incoming calls and emails from customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information in our call center. They will maintain accurate customer records, update account information, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members as needed. The Customer Service Representative I will, at all times, strive to provide a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
