Summary

The Professional Services Leader will spearhead the growth and delivery of DataVisor’s services offerings, focusing on engaging strategic and large clients in the fintech sector. This role requires expertise in offer design, pricing, scoping, and leading teams in implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fraud prevention and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions and services. This is a hands-on leadership role designed to build out a key growth driver for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with strategic enterprise clients to understand their needs and align services accordingly.
  • Offer Design: Develop innovative service offerings tailored to client challenges, including pricing strategies that maximize value.
  • Project Leadership: Scope, plan, and oversee the successful implementation of professional services projects.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants and technical experts to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
