Administrative Support Specialist

  • Provide direct support of finance and billing operations such as Accounts Receivable and invoice management.
  • Review and/or prepare various materials, documents, proposals, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist management with projects and key initiatives, contributing to the achievement of company goals.
  • File, scan, and index documents to maintain a well-organized and easily accessible database.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, sort and deliver mail, and warmly greet guests to create a welcoming environment.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain office inventory supplies and replenish them as needed, anticipating the needs of our executive and managerial staff.

Qualifications:

  • One or more years of relevant work experience, demonstrating your proficiency in administrative support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, and experience with CRM and project management tools is required. You should also possess an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
