We're seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. Additionally, they will need to be comfortable coordinating and managing various tasks, with the ability to prioritize activities according to the evolving needs of the office and management.

In this position, the candidate will:
  • Answer multi-line phone system, route calls as appropriate, and greet visitors.
  • Process daily mail and assist in small/large mailings.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and UPS shipments as needed.
  • Organize office events and activities.
  • Assist with catering for meetings.
  • Schedule and track Lochmueller Group vehicle utilization.
  • Assist with scheduling conference rooms and hotel accommodations as needed.
  • Keeps copiers supplied with paper etc.
  • Assist with office maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Copying and scanning documents as needed.
  • Routinely examine office supply stock for ordering as well as receiving order and restocking.
  • Responsible for handling petty cash and monthly petty cash reports in Excel.
  • Assist with document-related tasks (copying, scanning, editing, etc.).
  • Performs other duties as needed or assigned.


Qualifications for this role include:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organization skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license.
