Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in supporting our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software applications, and a strong attention to detail. The Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in providing administrative support, and handling office duties as needed.

What you will be doing:
-Maintains current knowledge of and adherence to all Transdev operating policies, directives, and procedures
-Perform, data reconciliation, and research for missing information for past and current trips.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist the management team in keeping all personnel, safety, and other company files organized and up to date.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist with special projects and provide general support to the team.
-Support recruitment and employment retention activities.
-Other Duties may be assigned.
Who you are:
- High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
- Applicants must be available to work on weekends, early mornings, during the day and in the evenings. General work days will be Monday - Friday, however occasional changes may be needed.
