As a Day Porter in Phoenix, AR , you’re a dependable self-starter – who will perform non-technical light maintenance, housekeeping, occupancy and custodial duties.

What you bring:

High School Diploma or GED
1 – 2 years’ experience
Effective communication skills

Bonus skills and experience

Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems (CMMS)
Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry

What success looks like:

You effectively assist the Maintenance staff, Engineer and company vendors as needed
Successfully observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment – promptly reporting all that requires repair
Effectively reporting all safety hazards or conditions requiring outside vendor services
