About the role
As a People Operations & Compensation Specialist at Dealfront, you will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain competitive compensation practices, and manage employee benefits across multiple regions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating payroll, drafting contracts, supporting onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate HRIS data. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless People & Culture operations while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
