As part of the Business Control team, which has a unique 360° positioning at Deel, we are looking for a talented Analyst with a strong inclination towards Financial Planning and Analysis, who thrive in a highly collaborative and performant environment, driven by a willingness to contribute to complex and impacting projects across the whole company.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, data-driven trends, and key performance indicators

• Financial Modelling: Contribute to developing and implementing financial planning processes and forecasts modelling

• Management Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Continuous Process Monitoring: Improve and document financial reporting processes

• Business Partnering: Proactively provide analytical insights to key stakeholders based on financial analysis, contributing to strategic business decision-making

• Ad-hoc projects: financial analysis and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’'s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred

• Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Audit, or similar roles

• Financial knowledge: Solid understanding of Financial Statements, proficiency in financial analyses, modelling and reporting

• Analytical skills: strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 

• Tools Proficiency: excellent MS/Google Suite proficiency, SQL fluency for data extraction and analyses. Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is a plus

• Communication: strong written and verbal communication in English, attention to details and ability to effectively present data to various stakeholders
