The Operational Excellence Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of operational processes and enablement strategies within the organization. Collaborating closely with different Operations teams incl. Product ops and other cross-functional teams, you will streamline the release of new process and product launches, establish metrics for tracking enablement impact, and drive process improvements. This role requires exceptional project management skills, a keen eye for detail and openness for feedback, and the ability to foster collaboration across various departments.

Responsibilities:

Establish a Hub and Spoke model in Ops:

  • Enhance the collaboration between teams launching new tools or processes to ensure well managed change model

  • Streamline enablement requests and communication flows so that information is distributed to operational and functional enablement teams fast and accurately.

  • Enforce and improve internal enablement and logging procedures.

  • Develop a blended training program of remote content delivery as well as e-learning content.

Standardization and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business and content development colleagues to define, develop and deliver enablement programs that produce maximum impact.

  • Develop and implement metrics and methodologies to track enablement impact.

  • Scope Central Enablement responsibilities successfully.

  • Gather feedback from cross-functional teams and analyze process data to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

  • Define and track program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.

  • Deliver observable and measurable learning and evaluation outcomes in line with agreed business needs.

  • Report to stakeholders on progress against KPIs per project.

  • Engage with and understand audiences to ensure that programs meet their ongoing needs.

  • Provide templates and best practices for sharing training updates and onboarding materials, catering to different tiers of releases and new hire orientations.

  • Set clear responsibilities and expectations for program stakeholders and provide continuous feedback.

Enablement Audits and Recommendations:

  • Review and approve OKRs and New Hire Orientation (NHO) training materials prepared by internal enablement teams, ensuring alignment with Deel's goals and standards.

  • Project manage audits for operational teams in collaboration with functional teams to ensure adherence to established processes and track performance over time.

  • Drive improvements and recommendations based on audit findings, best practices and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 3+ years in enablement, program management, or a similar role.

  • Proficient in Looker or other Business Intelligence tools.

  • Deep understanding of the operations department audience.

  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and making data-driven recommendations (SQL skills are a must).

  • Passion for learning and inspiring others.

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills; able to prioritize and manage dynamic demands under deadlines.

  • Ability to coach and provide feedback to team members, collaborators, and stakeholders.

  • Clear communicator and presenter, fluent in English.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build rapport, trust, and motivate others quickly.

  • Extensive experience in the fast-paced technology sector.
