As a Senior Manager, Go-To-Market (GTM) Data Architect, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that our CRM data is clean, enriched and optimized. You will provide cross-functional architectural vision, define standards and best practices for optimal data infrastructure, and integrations as well as automating data processes across GTM systems. The position requires strong analytical skills and an in-depth knowledge of data management, and database technologies, all with a focus on aligning data solutions with our business goals.
What you'll do at Deel
Lead the strategic partnership with business stakeholders, overseeing the deployment, maintenance, and integration of critical data across GTM systems, with a focused emphasis on achieving optimal effectiveness in firmographic and contact enrichment data within Salesforce and Gainsight
Lead a team dedicated to manual data enrichment and, as needed for business, expand the team later by incorporating automation analysts to introduce automated processes for improved efficiency
Partner with systems and data engineers to ensure quality and standardized data delivery
Assess vendors for ability to meet business requirements, relative data quality, cost, and data integration (e.g. API vs manual upload)
Manage data vendor relationships and any support requirements
Own resolution of data quality tickets, in line with GTM rules of engagement
Drive continuous improvement in data accuracy, implementing advanced data validation techniques, streamlining data entry processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
In this role, you will be a crucial bridge between technology and business, driving innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of systems for the benefit of our organization's growth and success.
Some key qualifications
6-12 years of data architecture, governance or product manager experience, successfully delivering complex data solutions and working with multiple stakeholders.
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a global SaaS environment, with a focus on supporting Sales and Go-To-Market Operations
Deep understanding of the database technologies to support data ingestion, integration, transformation, storage, mining/warehousing, and manipulation
Solid expertise and familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Analytic Process Automation (APA) would be highly advantageous.
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.
Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate and drive change across a variety of stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Bonus points for experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and other GTM Tech stack.
