• Meticulously track candidate progress within the ATS
• Prioritize diversity and inclusion in recruitment process
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers for smooth transition of new hires
• Manage necessary documentation and compliance requirements
• Initiate and manage relocation and immigration processes for applicable candidates
• Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement
