Do you want to continue growing your expertise and contribute to offering development in M&A whilst working with a team of world-class colleagues? As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are now looking for the right candidates to join our team of multi-disciplinary M&A experts. While our preferred starting date is spring 2025, we are flexible, and the start date can be discussed.

Qualifications

As an experienced consultant within our Deal Transformation team, you will help our clients define and execute on their IT strategy across the M&A lifecycle. You will play a key role in building and nurturing our existing and new client relationships.

We are looking for:

  • Relevant experience in managing/running M&A related projects focused on IT/Tech
  • Prior experience of solving IT related challenges in an M&A setting, especially in the pre-deal phase (IT strategy, IT due diligence, IT synergy identification). Experience in later stages (IT carve-outs/integrations, synergy identification, post-merger integration or similar) is appreciated but not required.
  • Previous experience in a project manager role, with the ability to deliver the full lifecycle of project management accountabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Proficiency in Finnish is an advantage.
  • A strong client service mindset to build and foster deep client relationships
  • Confidence in leading teams and acting as a coach and role model for junior colleagues
  • Ability and desire to take ownership, lead and develop the offering area
