Opportunity Summary:
As the right fit for this position, you’ll join our Marketing team to turn ideas into execution across all channels. With a distinctive digital flair, you’ll help develop and own our enterprise marketing plan and lead integrated demand generation campaigns. Your demand gen portfolio will include developing and executing programs across myriad channels – creating impactful content, regularly identifying growth opportunities, testing and experimenting, tracking and reporting results and optimizing campaigns for success. You’ll also take on larger projects, spanning paid programs and sales enablement.
Primary Responsibilities:

Deeply understand our target audience and journey, and ensure campaign and program strategy, content, channels and targeting are aligned to achieve optimal results
- Conceptualize, plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing programs

Create on-target messaging across the buying cycle and personas
- Launch and manage 3rd party programs and maintain vendor relationships
- Manage campaigns end-to-end through digital, social, and paid media channels including website, landing pages, SEO, blog, webinars, etc.

Create and maintain program playbooks to enable sales to support initiatives
- Provide input into programs and content based on data and best practices

Work with marketing operations to deliver programs to defined target segments
- Track and report on the performance of marketing efforts and programs, leveraging insights to optimize across channels and initiate new tactics / campaigns
- Lead or support other marketing communications and marketing activities that align with the strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product management and marketing operations
- Employ project management expertise to coordinate workflows, establish processes to ensure programs are launched successfully
Requirements:

3+ years of B2B marketing experience, including managing and executing demand gen efforts
- Proven, hands-on experience deploying, managing and optimizing ABM/ABS programs Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision to activate and manage myriad channels

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement
- Familiarity with industry standard tools and analytics packages, including Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
- Success with managing multiple programs and projects
- Must have a solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning and execution of marketing activities

Proven demand generation, engagement, and optimization experience in a multi-touch buying landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter and collaborative team player able to work independently in fast-paced environment

Enjoys working in a team atmosphere with shared deadlines and multi-departmental projects

Experience with campaign analysis, measurement, A/B testing, and reporting
