About the role

Are you a B2B marketer who knows how to create demand for software with the passion for delivering best-in-class campaigns? If so, keep reading…

We’re looking for someone to help us define and run integrated campaigns that create and capture demand in target audiences including target accounts. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, Kathryn, you’ll be responsible for running brand and segmented campaigns and implementing ABM programs working closely with our revenue leader, Brigid, and our sales team to align on messaging and KPIs. You’ll build awareness of Apheris and bring prospects into our funnel through multi-channel campaigns including social, paid ads, webinars, email, and events. We value creative thinking and are looking for someone who wants to have a real impact.

You’ll be the first person in this role and be able to show us what good looks like. Because we’re early in our marketing journey, you’ll be comfortable working in the absence of information and not be afraid of trying new things to advance our marketing capability. What you will do

  • Design and execute demand generation plans for industry verticals, market segments and partners to support pipeline generation and positioning of Apheris as a category-defining company
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that engage our audiences at all stages of the buying journey, using the right mix of tactics and keeping the potential customer front-of-mind
  • Build and manage demand programs and optimization of the lead to opportunity funnel and ABM strategies, including working with sales on target account selection
  • Provide input into campaign objectives and messaging, informed by data and engagement with stakeholders in sales and marketing
  • Help us shape campaign reporting and use analysis to draw insights that you can act on. Provide input into campaign objectives and messaging, informed by data and engagement with stakeholders in sales and marketing
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging and KPIs
  • Measure, analyse, and report on the impact of account-based marketing activities on pipeline and revenue

You should apply if

  • Experience managing B2B demand generation programs across full funnel for the purpose of new business acquisition
  • Experience running campaigns for B2B software or technology
  • Be bold and willing to try new things
  • CRM/Marketing automation experience, preferably HubSpot
  • Knowledge and experience of marketing systems and tools such as Google Analytics, webinar integrations, data enrichment & validation
  • Experience managing LinkedIn and Google Ads, either directly or via agency, and know what good performance looks like
  • Self-starter, demonstrate initiative and critical thinking
  • Work in Berlin or anywhere in the EU or UK
  • Fluent English

Bonus points if

  • Experience of running ABM campaigns
  • You’re a LinkedIn or Google Ads expert

Logistics
Our interview process is split into three phases:

  • Initial Screening: If your application matches our requirements, our hiring manager will invite you to an initial video call. In this 45 minute interview, you will get to know us and the role. Our hiring manager will be interested in your relevant experiences and skills, as well as answer any questions you may have on the company and the role.
  • Deep Dive: Your second video call will be with a domain expert from our team. Our interviewer will assess your skills and knowledge required for the role by asking you about meaningful experiences or your solutions for specific scenarios in line with the role. You will be asked to complete an assessment for this interview.
  • Final Interview: Finally, we invite you to meet our founders and some of your future colleagues. This will be around two hours where you’ll get a feel for our culture and helps us and you assess whether Apheris is a good fit for you.
