Founding Business Development Representative

Density is a workplace analytics company on a mission to improve how workplaces are utilized. We are seeking a Founding Business Development Representative to help shape our go-to-market strategy as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO and sales leadership to refine outbound sales strategies.
  • Generate leads and business opportunities through cold outreach and creative campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and set up strategic conversations for the sales team.
  • Create sales materials and contribute to sales operations.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering based on conversations.

Education

  • No specific degree required, but a background in sales or related fields is preferred.
