The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and a strong interest in real estate law. The associate hired for this position will collaborate closely with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional matters.• Contributing to the coordination and execution of complex commercial real estate transactions including real estate development and construction, asset-based lending and commercial leasing.• Performing due diligence for and assisting with closing financings, acquisitions, sales, leases and the development of real property• Supporting the practice as neededThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere while enjoying the benefits and resources of a large, international law firm. Based on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
