This pivotal role at the heart of our Holding team invites you to be part of a diverse mix of talents, helping maintain the 'backbone' of our company. We want a passionate People Manager ready to oversee the entire employee lifecycle in the UK and Ireland. You'll partner closely with our leadership to implement initiatives that enhance performance development, employee engagement, and our unique culture. Whether you're stepping up from an HR Advisor position or seeking the next challenge, we welcome your expertise. This 12-month Fixed-Term Maternity Cover position, starting in February 2025, allows flexibility with hybrid working – ideally, we hope to see you in our Manchester office at least two days a week. As a People Manager, you’ll lead high-impact projects, manage employee relations, and design learning and development programs tailored to our team's growth.
