The Impact U will make:

• Report to our UX Design Manager

• Commit to your team's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals created in our DEI Unqork Application

• Work with the design team to create engaging user experiences

• Conduct research with our clients to understand users goals

• Conduct research to understand project requirements and concepts

• Use multiple techniques to create Wireframes, Mockups and prototypes

• Work within a cross functional team of product and engineering to launch products

• Use feedback from other designers to improve

• Offer input to creative meetings and sharing ideas

What U bring:

• 0-3 Years of Experience designing within Figma

• Familiarity with design techniques to deliver best in class user experiences

• Understanding of visual elements (Style Guides, type and fonts)

• Understanding of research artifacts (User Personas, Journey maps)

• Experience working or building within a design system

• Motivated to improve design standards

• Able to receive feedback and use it to improve

The US base salary range, across all Unqork US locations, for this full-time position is $65,500 - $112,300 + bonus + equity + perks/benefits. An individual employee's salary within the range provided above depends on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the working location, role, skillset and level of experience of such employee. Please note that the salary range reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity or perks/benefits.
