Brand Development Executive

Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, is seeking a passionate and strategically minded Brand Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities



   •    Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution:
   •    Develop and implement the company’s marketing plans, ensuring alignment with Destsetters’ long-term strategy.
   •    Represent the company in key collaborations with architects, real estate firms, and investment companies.
   •    Oversee the creation and optimization of online content and campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
   •    Employer Branding & Recruitment:
   •    Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent that aligns with Destsetters’ values and corporate culture.
   •    Review CVs, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates for roles across the organization, ensuring they fit both the technical and cultural requirements.
   •    Collaborate with team leaders to define the ideal profiles for open positions and refine job descriptions.
   •    B2B Collaboration & Presentation:
   •    Develop compelling presentations for potential collaborators and clients, highlighting Destsetters’ unique propositions.
   •    Drive strategic partnerships with hospitality and real estate stakeholders to foster brand expansion.
   •    Market Research & Analysis:
   •    Conduct research to identify opportunities for market growth and refine strategies based on emerging trends and competitor analysis.
   •    Evaluate recruitment metrics to continuously improve the process and ensure the company attracts top-tier talent.

   •    Degree in Marketing, Business, HR, or a related field.
   •    3+ years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or brand development.
   •    Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
   •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in B2B environments.
