Hotel Training & HR Specialist

Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, is looking for a Hotel Training & HR Specialist for its new external brand, Hotelier Academy. This role focuses on developing hotel training presentations, creating high-quality educational content, and conducting professional training sessions to enhance hotel performance and operational excellence. You will collaborate with clients to design customized training programs, ensuring hotel teams are equipped with the necessary skills to elevate guest experience and business efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Training & Educational Content Development: Create and deliver engaging training programs for hotel teams, covering key areas such as guest experience, operations, and service excellence.
  • Hotel HR & Team Development: Assess staff performance, identify training needs, and develop strategies to improve team efficiency and motivation.
