Dewberry is currently seeking a Construction Manager/Superintendent for a project located in Richmond VA area. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for oversite on commercial construction projects. The typical projects include new, renovations and retrofits to small office and warehouse facilities, retail facilities, and building mechanical, electrical and controls systems. Projects also include site civil construction related to ancillary systems, lighting, security systems, security fencing, access drives and parking, on-site lighting systems, stormwater management systems, and other associated with the improvements.
