Job Summary
The Operational Engineer is responsible for monitoring the operational status of the mechanical systems and responding to all types of service calls at CMI’s customer site in Chicago, Illinois.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our mechanical systems run smoothly, tackling everything from routine maintenance to complex troubleshooting. Your day will involve responding to service calls, diagnosing and repairing infrastructure issues, and coordinating various repair projects to meet building standards and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on a culture that values your expertise and encourages growth. You'll also be maintaining important records and preparing key reports to track our progress. If you hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least three years of hands-on experience managing mechanical systems in large federal facilities, especially with an active Professional or Structural Engineering license in Illinois, we want to hear from you!
