Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting for the sales division.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar role in a relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
