Here are the details on this position.Your role in our missionGainwell's innovative, purpose-built technologies and solutions could begin with you in this challenging position.• Design and deliver complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level using customized methodology and work products• Lead or monitor the product implementation process; ensure that the solution is sound, appropriate and cost-justified, that components integrate properly and that we address the domains of change within the scope of the solution• Demonstrate your expertise by providing the client with strategic product advice on deploying business productivity, system-to-system and end-user applications• Be a knowledge expert in emerging technologies that are new to Gainwell, our clients and the IT field• Stimulate high performance by managing and motivating a team of product development experts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products to clientsWhat we're looking for8+ years of relevant experience in the below technical competencies• Ability to lead and guide a team of developers, providing mentorship and support as needed.• Proficiency in C#, ASP .Net Core, Razor, and Web-API.• Experience with Telerik UI for AspNet.Core.• Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL Server, Transact SQL, and Stored Procedures.• Familiarity with SharePoint and Comfortable working in Agile environments.• Intermediate understanding of Identity Server 4.0What you should expect in this role• Fully Remote Opportunity• Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)• Preferred Background: Experience in the healthcare domain is a plusNote• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.• The deadline to submit applications for this posting is 08/31/2024.The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
