The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax technology and software development, with hands-on experience in Thomson Reuters' OneSource platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining tax automation solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's tax compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:• *Development and Customization:* Develop, configure, and customize OneSource applications to meet business and compliance needs.• *System Integration:* Integrate OneSource with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and third-party applications to streamline data flow and ensure seamless tax reporting.• *Tax Compliance:* Ensure the OneSource platform is configured to comply with local, national, and international tax regulations.• *Support and Maintenance:* Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OneSource applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.• *Collaboration:* Work closely with tax professionals, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.• *Documentation:* Create and maintain detailed documentation of all customizations, configurations, and integrations.• *Training:* Assist in training end-users and providing guidance on the effective use of OneSource applications.• *Continuous Improvement:* Stay updated on the latest tax laws, regulations, and OneSource product developments to ensure the system remains compliant and optimized.Qualifications:• *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on tax technology.• Proven experience working with Thomson Reuters OneSource platform.Technical Skills:• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, or similar.• Experience with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, etc.• Familiarity with ERP systems integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle).• Strong understanding of tax compliance processes and regulations.Soft Skills:• Excellent problem-solving skills.• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
