The Key responsibilities for this position would be: Financial Forecast Updating - Data Collection and Alignment of Expenses; Low to Medium complexity Project Management - including Operational Process Improvements and Contract Assessment.Here are the details on this position.Your role in our mission• Designs, Develops, Manages and Executes complex business processes and makes recommendations to improve and support business activities.• Coordinate the collection of financial information across multiple organizations, identify and analyze variances to draw conclusions and make recommendations.• Proactively work with finance, contracts and other stakeholder organizations to review anticipated organizational spend and assess options.• Review contracts and other financial commitment to better understand obligations, risks, options and opportunities to manage possible impacts.• Analyzes and documents business requirements and processes; constructs conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates to communicate requirements.• Facilitate and deliver communication related to financial and contractual obligations.• Project manage projects/programs as needed to drive increased efficiency and operational performance.• Function as a lead and provides input into the development and modification of systems to meet client business needs.• Coordinates and facilitates meetings to gather and document requirements and explore complex solutions.• Coordinates business analyst tasks on information technology projects and provide project team member guidance/support throughout the project life cycle. Provides work guidance and mentoring to less experienced personnel.• Provides time estimates for project related tasks.What we're looking for• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred• Twelve or more years of financial, business process and/or business analysis experience• Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization• Experience working with budgets, forecasting, and business processes or re-engineering• Experience working with the implementation of company value propositionsAdditional Skills / Requirements• Strong personal computer - Excel and business solutions software- skills• Financial Acumen with understanding and being able to assess information• Planning and Organizational skills with strong follow through• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong written and oral communication skills with equally strong presentation skills• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members• An energetic, independent thinker who takes the initiative, but is flexible enough to seek input from colleagues as neededWhat you should expect in this role• Fully remote options from most US locations and territories• This position supports eastern time zone, and hours would be 8a- 6p eastern.• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation• The deadline to submit applications for this posting is September 10, 2024ForecastingContract AssessmentThe pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
