Apply via Dice today!Job Description:We are seeking a Product Manager II for a very important clientAs a Product Manager for the Company's entertainment group, you will build X1, Flex and XClass TV OTT Apps onboarding roadmap Including OTT Apps onboard queue, their subscriptions models, joint commercialization.You will be an educator and translator across business and technology units to ensure teams have a shared understanding and mindset of both the true business needs and the technical possibilities available to solve them You and team will partner with stakeholders to prioritize OTT Apps onboards, features implementations and logistics to deliver expected results, improve productivity, and accelerate delivery of our products across distribution platforms.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesDrives OTT Apps discovery, including initial engagement, needs, use cases against existing technical capabilitiesCoordinates across other functional areas to secure buy-in to deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience.Drafts and manages requirements and other supporting business documentation (such as use cases, possibly M&Ps (methods and procedures), executive summaries etc.).Leads concepts defining an end-to-end customer experience and expected full lifecycle level of efforts.Contributes to the product vision across team and the organization.Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs what is attainable).Manage change requests Validates downstream deliverables and final offering (business acceptance testing).Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other Duties And Responsibilities As Assigned.Requirement:Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with OTT Apps ecosystem and roles (Operators, OTT Partner, Customer/User).Experienced In Facilitating Integrated Billing And Entitlement Functions.Experienced in Off-App and In-App Purchases, Account linking, Subscriptions management.Understanding of Payment Provider and Facilitators industry practices.Experienced in driving sensitive initiatives, cross-functional teamsEmployees at all levels are expected to:Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.Own the customer experience - think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services.Know your stuff - be enthusiastic learners, users and advocates of our game-changing technology, products and services, especially our digital tools and experiences.Win as a team - make big things happen by working together and being open to new ideas.Be an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that brings more employee and customer feedback into the company - by joining huddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do better for our customers.Drive results and growth.Respect and promote inclusion & diversity.Do what's right for each other, our customers, investors and our communities.Experiences in digital eCommerce, TCommerce and other payment processing methods.Additional Skills Required:Self motivated, develop and maintain Commerce roadmap, prioritize work, direct and own short, mid, term milestones Ability to interface with sensitive OTT App Partners.Understand online payment methods, payment provider, payment facilitators.e-Commerce2 - 4 YearsRequiredProduct Development 2 - 4 YearsRequiredEducationBachelor's DegreeCertifications (if applicable)Relative Work Experience10 Years +
