Apply via Dice today!Solution IT Inc. is looking for Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant for one of its clients in RemoteJob Title: Organization Change Management (OCM) ConsultantSummaryWe are in need of an experienced/accomplished Organization Change Management (OCM) consultant for a current client engagement. This individual will have experience working with IT clients who have migrated from disparate IT applications to a large scale COTS model such as SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow. Preference will be given to candidates with experience providing OCM and training leadership for Oracle Implementations. The candidate will have had minimally the following OCM related skills: change and communication strategy and plan development; stakeholder assessment and management; training strategy; change impact analysis; and change advocate network management. Instructional design and delivery are desirable. This role will support the client's digital transformation efforts and act as the lead of the Fujitsu's OCM/training team, driving and working closely with other Fujitsu service delivery teams. Candidates must be able to work in a virtual team environment that contributes to the overall timely delivery of projects and be willing to travel occasionally anywhere in North America if required to work onsite with clients.Required Skills• Bachelor's/Master's degree 5 - 10 years of consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements/transformations.• Minimum 6 years' experience in providing consulting and solutions to public sector and/or private sector clients in the area of Organization Change Management.• Must have completed a minimum of 2-3 full life cycle engagements end to end in Change management consisting of conducing efforts with planning through execution/closure.• Experience with developing/delivering key messages & effective communication vehicles that build awareness, promotes engagement, and enhances transformation capacity.• Ability to determine and document key role/process changes, determining degree of changes required to evolve from the current to future state.• Experience identifying Super Users: key organization individuals that take on subject matter expert (SME) & training delivery roles, enabling end users to successfully execute new systems.• Demonstrated development and delivery of training strategy, instructional materials and capability building workshops.• Writing and MS PowerPoint skills.• Familiarity of Oracle, SAP, Service Now training delivery tools, e.g., UPerform, Enable Now, etc. is desirableNice to HaveExperience in similar role supporting projects within the Manufacturing Industry a strong asset.Work Site: Remote (50% Travel required - Minneapolis, MN, and possibly San Antonio, TX)Duration: 3 Months (Contract to Perm)Expected Start Date: 09/03/2024Number of Positions: 1Please send your responses back toAbout Solution ITSolution IT is a national IT consulting company specializing in: Technology Staffing and Oracle E-Business Solutions based in Boston, Massachusetts.
