Apply via Dice today!Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Remote, DC/MD/NOVADescription:We are looking for a strong Scrum Master to join our team, supporting ~10 developers and engineers working to maintain a critical national security platform across two teams. The ideal candidate will be comfortable tracking, prioritizing, and reporting on various work tasks, coordinating with our customer on a variety of topics, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality expectations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with information technology systems, and demonstrate enough familiarity with technology concepts to act as a middle ground between non-technical stakeholders and our engineers.Required Experience:• 2-5 years working as a Scrum Master• 2-5 years in a customer-facing role• 2-5 years supporting the Federal government• Minimum Top Secret clearance• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-environment• Demonstrated expertise with document management, with an eye for details• Demonstrated familiarity with IT systems; ability to understand technical concepts and translate them between technical and business personnelPreferred Experience:• Bachelor s Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or other program-management related field• Experience with Agile methodologies• Experience with Department of Defense IT and SLDC methodologies• Experience with navigating complex organizational structures / working in a multi-stakeholder environment• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe
