That's digital trust for the real world.Job summaryDigiCert is looking for a seasoned B2B leader to drive the planning and execution of our global digital and demand generation campaigns, which is a critical and significant driver of revenue for the business.This role is the center of a cross-functional stakeholder group and will be responsible for creating and delivering campaigns across our market segments, regions, and target audiences.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing the business with digital tactics achieving high ROI, knows all the modern demand generation techniques, including intent-driven campaigns, geotargeting, social media, IP-based campaigns and more.What you will do• Serve as global digital champion including planning, executing, and managing all paid digital marketing for DigiCert, tracking and ensuring top standard industry ROI• Orchestrate a team who will meet global pipeline targets with targeted, persona-focused campaigns that deliver the right message to the right buyer at the right time and on the right channel• Oversee and coordinate campaign planning, execution, and optimization processes for new business across selected market tiers• Develop solid working relationships across key stakeholders in Marketing including Product Marketing, Brand Marketing & Regional Marketing• Overachieve demand generation goals in relation to pipeline creationWhat you will have• 10+ years of demand generation experience within B2B SaaS in a dynamic and fast-paced matrix environment• Proven success in campaign strategy, framework, development, and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns• Fluency in demand generation metrics and approaches to test and optimize them• Ability to synthesize business objectives, create a well-aligned Integrated Campaign strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs• Deep domain expertise across demand generation disciplines, including content marketing, digital marketing, marketing technology, and analytics/reporting• Proven experience building and scaling B2B integrated marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and owning pipeline contributions. They also ensure they establish a structured feedback loop with BDRs, Product Marketing and Regional Marketing to ensure campaigns land successfully both internally and externally• Proven people manager/leader; inspire, lead and coach a team of marketing professionals to drive the integrated marketing plans• Demonstrated experience in working with Content marketing to guide and influence content development• Work with the team of Campaign managers on refining strategic marketing plan in support of Business Unit and Geo goals; including content strategy, campaign planning and execution• ABM experience• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and budget management skillsBenefits• Generous time off policies• Top shelf benefits• Education, wellness and lifestyle supportDigiCert offers a competitive benefits package for all of our full-time employees.
