Digital Campaign Specialist

Best Version Media (BVM), one of the fastest growing, privately held media companies in North America, is looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team! This position will build, manage and troubleshoot a high volume of Facebook and Google Display ad campaigns. They will also be spending a lot of time working with our clients and sales field - walking them through products, answering their questions, and implementing our products. The perfect candidate will love talking with a wide range of people over the phone and zoom - helping them get the most out of our digital products! This position is remote, however we are looking for someone in Wisconsin, preferable in the Brookfield or DePere area. Not only will you train and attend meetings at one of our offices - but you will be able to attend our events throughout the year! Responsibilities:

  • Serve as contact for clients, sales representatives, and internal departments throughout the new client implementation process.
  • Enter client information and details into our database and software.
  • Work with clients and field representatives to give the best possible client experience.
  • Learn and understand our entire onboarding process for all our digital products, in order to provide exceptional service to our clients, assist our sales field and identify improvements.
  • Provide Internal Sales Support by communicating with the sales team regarding any questions or clarifications, including any communications from their clients.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ads running displays and video campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, managing page requests and campaigns.
  • Must have customer service experience with both sales field and direct clients.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex issues.
  • The ability to explain processes and product to varying skill level.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • An understanding of Google My Business and other digital marketing products (listings, SEO)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brookfield, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
