We're seeking an Innovation Partner (Business Analyst) to join our Digital Twin project in Belfast. You'll work cross-functionally to support key partnerships, leading small to medium projects and assisting with larger initiatives. This dynamic role involves analysing business processes, creating feasibility studies and readiness toolkits, improving operations, and managing stakeholder relationships. We're looking for someone with a passion for technology, who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to drive digital transformation
WHAT YOU’LL DO (Duties)
- Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions align with business needs.
- Develop and deliver feasibility studies, business cases, and readiness toolkits for various use cases within the Digital Twin environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the successful delivery of innovation projects in a dynamic environment.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Work with the wider innovation practice team to co-create and roll out innovation activities such as accelerator programmes and innovation consulting.
- Proven experience in business analysis, working on projects with significant ambiguity and complexity.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and applying them to manage project delivery.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, including communicating effectively with diverse internal and external partners.
- Experience in conducting feasibility assessments and developing business cases for project proposals.
- Knowledge of digital twins or experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle complex and competing workloads while driving collaborative outcomes in fast-changing settings.
