About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly versatile Paid Marketing and Analytics Specialist to own, drive, optimize, and manage our Paid media strategy. The Paid Marketing and Analytics Specialist will function as the expert across Paid channels.
The Paid Marketing and Analytics Specialist will be accountable for all Paid performance, budget, and tools, as well as leveraging data and insights to develop strategy, measuring marketing campaign performance, and connecting marketing work to business impact. What you'll do:
- Drive day-to-day channel operations and lead detailed analysis of campaign effectiveness
- Create and execute a scalable strategy to drive new customer acquisition and database growth through digital channels
- Define KPIs and effectively optimize channel execution
- Lead the team on experimentation, from creative testing to landing pages, new channel, and other aspects of the funnel
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals
- Own performance, reporting, and insights on the entire pipeline at the most granular level to best inform and collaborate with stakeholders, peers, and leadership
- Overall, this role will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas, measure and track trends, and establish best practices
About you:
- Data-driven, analytical, and creative mind
- An entrepreneurial nature to try new and different things with minimal direction
- Drive for testing and learning, as well as the ability to prioritize effectively and balance data-driven with instinct-driven decisions
- Strong data analytics and strategy background and prior experience leveraging data and insights to develop strategy, measuring marketing campaign performance, and connecting marketing work to business impact
- Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
Experience:
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience and deep, hands-on paid social experience
- 3+ years of experience with working with large data sets and complex analysis
- 3+ years experience managing a paid media budget
