About the Role


We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to focus on acquisition and engagement strategies at FloatMe. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll drive our acquisition strategy working closely with our external agency partner and ensure our retargeting efforts are successful. This opportunity is wonderful for someone that is extremely hungry to grow their career in the acquisition space and leave a true impact. This role reports to our Senior Director of Marketing. What You’ll Do


  • Partner Management: Oversee the day to day activities of our partner digital marketing agency
  • Planning: Partnering with our Senior Director of Marketing, working on structuring our Acquisition Roadmap to identify the different projects, initiatives and channels that will meet our new member goals by month, quarter and year.
  • Execution: Own all aspects acquisition activity and execution, including but not limited to paid placement (including Google, Meta, TikTok, Native, Youtube, etc), organic (SEO, ASO, etc), referral programs, and website/landing pages 
  • Multi-channel Strategy: Oversee the build, testing, and deployment of marketing across email, paid digital, and in app.
  • Testing & Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through structured and rigorous optimization of creatives and messaging; leveraging data consistently to make the best decisions for the business
  • Analytics & Measurement: Manage all aspects of tracking, measurement, reporting and attribution of acquisition activity
  • Metrics & Budget: Own acquisition metrics including new members, CAC, conversion rates throughout the funnel, efficient and effective use of allocated budget
  • Project Management: Ensure all projects are documented with accurate deadlines and detail, alongside following all required reviews and approvals required prior to launching activity.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with marketing colleagues and other internal teams to effectively collaborate on all aspects of work that you are responsible for leading to ensure timely delivery.

  • A digital thought leader — You’re deeply knowledgeable about the latest industry trends, best practices, software and tools and leverage those insights to continuously drive acquisition. 
  • A passionate person — You’re passionate about helping our member base and assisting them on their path to financial prosperity. 


Requirements


  • 3+ years’ of experience in driving acquisition, preferably in the financial services space 
  • Experience managing and / or working closely with a digital agency
  • Experience managing an organic social strategy
  • Expert level knowledge of all acquisition channels and how to develop and execute highly efficient, scalable strategies
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to collaborate and excellent written and verbal communication skills
