Email Marketing Manager For U.S-Based Brands

We are actively looking for skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialists to be considered for our diverse range of U.S-based clients. Make sure you submit your application along with the assessment to be considered for exciting opportunities!

This is a fully-remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Email Campaigns:

    • Create, design, and implement effective cold outbound email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Apollo, Klaviyo, and others.

    • Create and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy.

    • Ensure campaigns resonate with the target audience, generating high-quality leads.

  2. Email Strategy Development:

    • Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies with a focus on lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and aligning with brand guidelines.

  3. List Segmentation and Targeting:

    • Segment email lists for highly targeted and personalized messages, improving engagement and response rates.

    • Utilize dynamic content and personalization techniques.

  4. A/B Testing:

    • Conduct rigorous A/B testing to optimize various elements of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

    • Incorporate A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously improve email performance.

  5. Collaborative Content Creation:

    • Work closely with the team to develop compelling email content that captures the interest of potential leads.

    • Design visually appealing and responsive email campaigns that align with brand identity using tools like Figma and Canva.

  6. Marketing Automation:

    • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to enhance the efficiency of lead nurturing processes.

    • Prior experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot).

  7. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Regularly analyze and report on email campaign performance, using data to drive future strategy and improvements.

    • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data analysis.

  8. Industry Knowledge:

    • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in email marketing, especially in cold outbound techniques.

    • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

Qualifications:

  • Email Marketing Experience:

    • Proven track record in B2B email marketing, including cold outbound campaigns.

    • Prior experience as a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.

  • Ability to Manage Multiple Campaigns:

    • Manage multiple cold outbound email campaigns simultaneously.

    • Experience with Klayvio, SendGrid, HubSpot, Instantly, or Apollo.

  • Proficiency in Email Tools:

    • Strong familiarity with email marketing and automation tools.

    • Proficient in Klaviyo and the ability to quickly learn new software.

    • Knowledge in email design and HTML coding.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in design software, such as Figma.

    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing is a plus.

  • Data-Driven Approach:

    • Ability to analyze email marketing metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Communication:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Attention to Detail:

    • Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and detail.

  • Teamwork:
