The Opportunity
Everyday Health Group’s Pregnancy & Parenting is a division of Everyday Health Group is looking for a Director of Ad Product Monetization, Strategy, and Operations who will be responsible for driving innovation in our advertising products that power our next phase of growth, and the systems that support those products.
You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and launching new ad products and solutions for existing and new customer segments and for optimizing our existing product set to drive revenue growth.
You will define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our key ad product offerings and work cross functionally with our product development, engineering, marketing, ad operations and programmatic teams to remove internal barriers and lead the commercialization of products.
You’ll lead the team responsible for inventory, pricing and packaging of our products and will oversee and iterate on the systems and processes required to move those products through the sales cycle.
You will be an integral member of the Revenue Leadership team, reporting directly to the CRO, partnering with Business Development and Sales to bring these products to market.
You are a leader that is comfortable and experienced in navigating growth companies and the challenges that come along with them. Deep experience in digital media publishing and/or platform companies is a must. We are looking for someone who wants to sign up for a challenge, introduce change, build new capabilities and products, and create operational excellence.
