Requirements
Alliance Director – iLink Digital
iLink Digital is looking for an entrepreneurial person to manage iLink Microsoft Relationship. This is an exciting position for an experienced, hands-on, execution-oriented alliance professional. The person will be responsible for managing the relationship, business development efforts, and marketing initiatives and pitching specific product offerings and services to Microsoft stakeholders.
You will act as an ambassador of iLink and must exemplify our organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a business mindset and will help the company realize its long-term goals.
Roles and responsibilities include:
• Responsible for attaining Alliance growth targets.
Executing and reporting on a comprehensive Alliance plan.
Designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands the company’s customer base through Microsoft connections.
Making effective presentations to various stakeholders and demoing our products or services.
Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing the relationship pipeline
Collecting feedback on our offerings and relationships and regularly discussing with iLink’s leadership team.
Managing the consultative deployment of products/services and help reach the organizational goals.
Support pre-sales activities in respective regions with the help of the Technology Team.
We are looking for someone with:
Minimum 8 years of work experience in Sales, Alliance Marketing and Account Management,

Ability to communicate independently with decision-makers at all levels.

Ability to deep dive and identify growth opportunities.

Be flexible and possess outstanding problem solving, written and oral communication skills

Preference to the candidates with prior relevant experience in a similar fast paced environment

Bachelors’ Degree (Technical degree preferred)
