Director, CRM

Credit Sesame is a financial app for consumers who want to be confident their finances are under control. The platform uses AI to help consumers achieve credit health and financial fitness by managing and growing their credit and cash together. An all-in-one app to monitor credit score daily, receive insightful credit improvement and finance recommendations, and find the right credit cards and loans.

Credit Sesame is a fast growing, venture backed and operationally profitable FinTech startup based in San Francisco, CA. We are looking for a seasoned, data‐driven CRM leader to grow our engagement and retention marketing efforts through personalization. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, the Director, CRM will oversee the strategy, development, and optimization of our CRM efforts, leading a team across onboarding, personalization, offer merchandising, lifecycle, and other programs designed to increase long‐term loyalty and the lifetime value of our members. This role will play a key role in driving our business forward and lead a team of highly talented marketers.

You’ll…

architect and lead our CRM transformation towards predictive personalization;
create a strategy to improve customer retention rates and increase their lifetime value;
understand interests and behaviors across our customer segments to create personalized journeys;
increase CRM effectiveness in engaging our customers through a data‐driven test‐and‐learn roadmap;
implement opportunities for automation to both increase the efficiency of marketing and ensure scale while minimizing costs;
align with Analytics, Product Management and other departments on prioritization and implementation of CRM projects;
communicate CRM insights and progress with important partners, including the Executive team.

At Credit Sesame, base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The estimated pay range for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area is $180,000 - $215,000. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Credit Sesame’s bonus and equity plan.
