Director, Enterprise Transformation

The Director of Enterprise Transformation will oversee a team that will partner with internal team members to optimize efficiency and scalability for Ubiquity by analyzing, enhancing, and standardizing internal processes.

In this role, job duties include the following:

  • Lead the organization to excellence through transformation initiatives in all aspects of finance, supply chain, IT, operations, and administration.
  • Ensure the right process initiatives are undertaken and the benefits are being fully realized throughout the enterprise.
  • Provide a governance structure. The role ensures accountability and enables the predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative.
  • Drive results in the areas of business service strategy/planning, project strategy/planning, communication, change management, and continuous improvement performance management.
  • Lead integration for short and long-term strategy development. Provides strategic leadership through facilitating or advising strategy development while demonstrating foresight, conceptual capability, and environmental market awareness.
  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
  • Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

Ideal candidates have:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in project/process management with client/and or senior management interaction
  • Proven experience in project and process management
  • Ability to lead a team and projects of various sizes and see them through to completion
  • The ability to delegate effectively
  • Strong understanding of formal process management methodologies
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Proficient use of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Ability to organize a large amount of data to identify trends and patterns within processes
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex, ongoing projects and tasks
  • Strong verbal and written English language communication skills
  • Strong analytical and management skills to create and develop improvement process plans for respective direct reports and departments
  • Ability to work with a team and individually is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,103.21 - $97,672.68 per year
