Director, Global Revenue Operations (SKY0068)
Overview:
The Global Deal Desk Director (Commercial Business Partner) is a pivotal cross-functional role in the Sales organization. We seek experienced Deal Desk professionals who thrive on providing excellent support to the sales team. We are looking for agile, adaptive problem solvers to support a complex, high-volume business, develop creative legal and deal structures and financial models to fit the customers' needs and align with RiskRecon’s policies and profitability. The focus of this role is to support the sales team through internal processes allowing the sales team to focus on selling.

Scope:
The Global Deal Desk Director is a trusted advisor on all Legal terms and processes, pricing models for deal structures and the corresponding sales processes for all customer facing deals. They work cross-collaboratively across the organization to help drive sales productivity.

Partners with sales to be the point of contact for the sales executives to ensure operational excellence through the end-to-end "back office" processes. They are responsible for proactively working with sales to develop and support creative business opportunities in a manner that strengthens and protects corporate business and financial interests (short and long-term).

Ensures that proposed solutions comply with business, financial, standard business principles, policies, approval matrix, and commercial terms of the corporation and business unit.

In this Role you will:
  • Build strong relationship with sales partners and other key stakeholders across the business.
  • Work closely with all the relevant internal teams to understand the scope of the global engagement and contract
  • Support sales with pricing models, increase deal velocity, improve margins.
  • Produce wholistic views of the opportunity to ensure visibility of the whole account not just the transaction.
  • Develop various alternatives for complex deals and provide scenario analysis to assess impact of different proposal structures
  • Provide high level customer service to all internal and external customers (Legal, Finance, and Sales)
  • Contribute insight to process improvement, efficiencies, and automaton to Salesforce CRM and CPQ
  • Provide expert guidance to Sales in the areas of deal structuring, pricing, and contract management
  • Participate in deal reviews with Sales/Sales Leadership to help drive Account-Level strategy on pricing/deal structuring
  • Validates financial assumptions, T&Cs, and commercial assumptions
  • Escalate non-standard terms and policy exceptions for approvals
  • Ensures standard SLA's and timely follow up/resolution of outstanding issues
  • Promotes knowledge sharing and documentation

All About You:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Highly organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a demanding fast-paced environment
  • Smart, analytical, motivated, detailed-oriented problem solver
  • Experience supporting sales through "end to end" sales process
  • Customer focused, positive, helpful attitude with a sense of humor
  • Experience with CRM, Salesforce
  • Strong team mindset collaborating to accomplish goals with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • History of working with Sales Leaders, Business Unit CFO and Corporate CFO.
  • Ability to function independently as well as within team effectively and efficiently
  • Business or Finance undergraduate degreed required
  • Experience working in SaaS company a plus
  • Legal Certification a plus
