Experian Software Solutions (ESS) is responsible for building an innovative and market leading global portfolio of software products, focused on Analytics, Decisioning and Fraud use cases. ESS software unlocks the value of data for our clients.
The ESS Strategic Execution & Operational Excellence team is seeking outstanding people to realize the vision of ESS. In the new role of Director, Global Risk Management, ESS, you will establish strong risk management disciplines and processes across ESS in collaboration with the regions we serve.
As a global software business, there will be a strong focus on information security, technology resilience, scalability, software life-cycle, architectural, third party and product risks. There will be a parallel focus on leveraging automation to accelerate speed to market. You will develop the vision and strategy for risk management in ESS, implement that strategy and scale the function as the business grows organically and through acquisition. You will work closely with ESS information security, technology and products teams, the regions we serve, and corporate governance teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
