What you'll do:
- Assess and refine GTM coverage model including sales capacity investment by region and segment, ecosystem coverage ratios, and unit productivity expectations
- Create scalable account prioritization, patch design, and ROE guidelines to ensure healthy and balanced rep territories and broad based performance attainment
- Drive and refine leading indicator framework to ensure consistent attainment of sales goals, and advance visibility into performance outlook
- Partner with Sales to ensure strong pipeline hygiene and adherence to sales process
- Facilitate timely and accurate forecasting of bookings attainment vs goals
- Ensure fair and objective quota and comp design strategies and implementation
- Support QBR content creation and meeting execution
- Provide visibility to KPIs to monitor health of the business
- Provide actionable recommendations and facilitate data driven decisions with sales leadership through exceptional business partnering and strategic thinking
- Evaluate adoption of core sales processes, systems, and reporting and partner with BizTech team to improve overall effectiveness
What will you need to have?
- 10+ years of Sales Operations experience in enterprise saas/software
- 5+ years of Sales Operations program/people leadership experience
- Strong business acumen, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- "Operator" mindset, able to partner with stakeholders to drive efficient and effective execution of core workstreams to run the business
- Proven ability to create efficient and scalable processes and systems
- Ability to independently lead complex work streams across the organization, driving decisions and timelines with urgency
- Strong attention to detail with intense focus on data accuracy and quality of output
- Exceptional collaboration and business partnering skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with executives, sales leaders, and sales organizations
Extra great if you have:
- Experience with PLG and on demand business models
- Understanding of transacting and crediting through cloud marketplaces

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $146,000 – $275,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
