Position Summary
The Director, HRBP will build organizational capability across various corporate functions and collaborate with senior leaders and HR COEs to deploy talent management, learning, transformation, and total rewards polices & priorities to drive business strategy. This role will be part of a team focused on supporting the Categories organization, specifically leading HR for our Marketing Center of Excellence and E-Commerce & Digital Capabilities teams across the U.S. as well as our Danone Manifesto Ventures team.
The Director, HRBP will be an employee advocate and ambassador for the business & HR, providing managerial coaching, ensuring adequate levels of proximity & collaboration, and challenging colleagues to stay committed to the business end game.
The Director, HRBP will report to the SVP, HR – Categories and is expected to be based in either Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY.

Profile Highlights:
The base compensation range for this position is $118,000-$177,000 commensurate with experience.
